The journey of brand building comes with an endless supply of twists and turns. We face new challenges daily that require thoughtful consideration impacting not only today, but also next week, next month, and even next year. Towards the top of this considerations list is that of team building. The people we surround ourselves with help solve these challenges, push the business forward and ultimately help shape the culture. It's an important task, especially when you add the reality that these new hires come at a real cost. Something that in today's environment requires even more diligence and scrutiny ensuring a positive return. The good news is that there isn't any one correct answer. Ask ten different people and you may receive ten different answers regarding positions needed, level of hire, timing, attitude vs. experience, and so on. For the purposes of this chat, we want to explore the impact of internal team builds and outsourced extensions. And yes, while we may come to the table with some clear bias, you may be surprised at the level of honesty and transparency we offer from both sides. Hope you can join us.

    Matt Gallira launched Big Mozz in 2015 as a weekend pop-up food vendor, and grew the company into a restaurant and venue management business with almost 150 employees between NY and LA. In 2020 the company pivoted into foodservice and retail distribution. Today millions of pounds of Big Mozz Sticks are served nationwide in restaurants and on store shelves. He lives in Woodstock, NY.
