    Kevin has worked at RodeoCPG since 2019 when he merged his consulting business into Rodeo. At Rodeo, Kevin initially led the sales management consulting practice before transitioning to overseeing all our Product efforts in June of 2021.

    After starting his career in construction management with Parsons Brinckerhoff, Kevin got an opportunity to enter the entrepreneurial world at Quinn Snacks shortly after its founding. Kevin led sales efforts at Quinn from 2011-2015 and after that held a variety of consulting roles both private and through the sales organization, FDM, from 2015-2018. These experiences allowed Kevin to work on numerous successful food and beverage startups such as Noosa Yogurt, The New Primal, Feel Good Foods, and Tucson Tamale.

    Kevin lives in Barrington, RI with his wife and two daughters where he serves on the town’s Economic Development Commission.

    Lanning Ardente leads the Business Development & Partnerships efforts at RodeoCPG. Lanning has 7+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, starting out in sales & marketing for Late July Snacks and worked with them through their acquisition by Campbell's Soup.

    Prior to joining Rodeo in 2019, Lanning ran operations for Nectar & Green, an early-stage DTC almond milk company, working alongside the founder where she managed demand planning and Ecommerce strategy. During her experience at Rodeo, Lanning worked as Director of Operations working directly with brands such as Omsom, Haven’s Kitchen, Ghia, and west~bourne, as well as working as a Product Manager to build out Rodeo’s product, Pitchable.

    Lanning holds a BA in Economics from Denison University and resides in Boston with her husband and daughter.
