INVESTOR BOOTCAMP: DEMYSTIFYING DEBT & EQUITY RAISES

Wednesday, July 17th | 3-7 PM | Midtown NYC

Attention all founders and management teams! Join us on July 17th for a conversation with investors on debt and equity raises. Our inaugural Investor Bootcamp will feature two fireside chats among debt and equity providers from our Naturally New York community.

The first fireside chat will feature Bank of America, Dwight Funding, and Anchin as they delve into the world of debt financing, including different debt products, due diligence, risk assessment, and how and when to engage with their respective firms.

During the second fireside chat, you will hear from venture capitalists from Constellation Capital, L Catterton, and Emil Capital. Learn more about how to approach a venture capital round – whether you are pre-seed or Series D – including a discussion around what investors look for when sizing up a deal and how to ace investor interactions. Stay after for breakout sessions and an opportunity to network with our panelists and other brands over drinks and appetizers.

Note: Naturally New York will approve registration for those planning to attend. If you have any questions, please contact info@naturallynewyork.org. Thank you!
