This mentor session will be with:


Andrew Reynolds​ – General Partner at the RCV Frontline investment fund (Seed and Series A) – Investor and partner to early-stage entrepreneurs scaling their businesses


Andrew will speak on what Seed and Series A Investors are looking for, and how brands can best position themselves to be attractive to early-stage investors.


Veronica Lehman​ – Founder of Pure Organics (sold it to Kellogg!) - an entrepreneur, innovator, author, and coach to early-stage founders


Veronica will tell her story of how she grew a brand from her kitchen with minimal funding to eventually secure venture capital and move into national distribution.


We will also answer questions about how to properly manage money as you grow and how to creatively find capital as an early-stage food and beverage business.

    Andrew Reynolds is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RCV Frontline along with Jeff Grogg of JPG resources, LLC. RCV Frontline is an operationally focused venture fund investing in early-stage food and beverage companies. In addition to RCV Frontline, Mr. Reynolds is the Co-founder and Managing Partner
    of Reynolds & Company Venture Partners (RCV partners). Mr. Reynolds founded RCV partners in 2010 because he saw the need and opportunity to provide capital and professional support to emerging consumer product and service companies. Mr. Reynolds views early-stage emerging brands not only as
    an investor, but from an operational perspective gained from his time as President of Icebox Water where he helped build every aspect of the business, from supply chain, operations, sales, and finance.

    RCV Frontline launched in 2019 and is actively investing today. Prior to the launch of the Frontline fund, Mr. Reynolds has overseen the construction of the RCV Partners portfolio of nineteen companies aiding those founders when possible as they scale their businesses.

    Mr. Reynolds was previously a Board Observer of Drizly and an Advisor to 4P Foods and the AdVentures Academy, an organization that provides hands-on adventure training programs with the goal of deepening the engagement of entrepreneurs, investors and the ecosystem surrounding courageous, game-changing founders.

    Andrew holds an M.B.A. from ESADE business school in Barcelona, Spain and a B.A. in History and Studio art from Denison University.

    Veronica Lehman is the founder of Pure Organic, an organic snack business she launched in 2006 inspired by her 6 year old vegetarian daughter. In 2008, Pure Organic achieved national distribution and Veronica partnered with investors, expanded the portfolio of products and continued to grow the business.

    In 2015, Veronica worked with Random House to publish Pure Food, a seasonal and plant based cookbook. In 2016, Pure Organic achieved 25M in sales and was sold to Kellogg under the Kashi family of brands. For the next 3 years Veronica worked to transition the brand and lead its continued growth within Kellogg.

    Today, Veronica works with JPG as a business consultant specializing in helping startups grow into healthy, viable businesses.
