Gigi Lee Chang
Managing Partner at BFY Capital
Gigi Lee Chang is a Managing Partner at BFY Capital and has been a member of the natural products community for over 16 years when she founded Plum Organics in 2005. She has also been the CEO of the national children's environmental health non-profit Healthy Child Healthy World and founding Managing Director of food ecosystem accelerator FoodFutureCo.
Gigi is an advisor, board member and mentor to numerous early stage companies. Her philanthropic and board affiliations include Venture for America, Naturally New York and One Green Thing.
A Natural Products Industry Socialpreneur with 20+ years launching new brands. From startups to exit, Eric is a Visionary Disruptor with deep experience creating mission-based products. Eric is the recipient of the 2007 “Sustainable Business of the Year Award”, 4 time Annual Winner BevNET.com & 2 time Annual Beverage Digest “Best Product of the Year Awards” – an annual a Top 50 Beverage World Magazine “Disruptor” and serves as a Nutrition Capital Network Selection Committee Member.
In 2015 Eric co-founded cannabis venture mood33, marketing next gen beverages to consumers seeking the benefits of this healing plant in a new delivery format, and launched visionary agency BeyondBrands with wife, Eco-Fashion pioneer, Marci Zaroff. BeyondBrands is a “Conscious Products” consulting agency and accelerator which focuses its Super-Tribe of experts on advising entrepreneurs, CPG brands and VCs in need of developing better-for-you, products in Food, Beverage, Fashion, Beauty, Plant Medicine & Nutraceuticals. Launched 2019, the first company incubated from within was Good Catch, a plant-based seafood brand, and in 2020 plant-based frozen wrap brand Cool Beans which launched nationally in Sprouts Market.
Adrienne DeLisio is a seasoned marketer with 20+ years of experience working on both agency and client teams. A passion for brand building, Adrienne has fostered countless partnerships that drove product development, launched brand collaborations and provided strategic audience growth. Her proficient networking skills have enabled her to activate impactful industry and consumer events designed to help brands build relationships with key audiences.
Adrienne was first introduced to the Naturally Network while serving as the Events and Partnerships Manager for ForceBrands. She has also served as Vice-Chair, of Specialty Events for the New York Junior League, a nonprofit focused on the health and well-being of women and families in NYC.
