Founder, CEO of Haven's Kitchen
Alison Cayne is the founder and CEO of Haven's Kitchen, a creative cooking company with a mission to change the way people feel about cooking.
Alison has been helping people cook, not just follow recipes, since 2012, when she opened the Haven’s Kitchen Cooking School in NYC. In 2018, Haven’s Kitchen launched its first product — a line of fresh, globally-inspired sauces in a pouch, now available online, as well as in over 1500 stores across the U.S.
Alison is the author of Haven’s Kitchen Cooking School (Artisan 2017) and has contributed to publications such as The New York Post, Forbes, Architectural Digest, and Cherry Bombe.
She is an adjunct professor of Food Studies at NYU, a guest lecturer at ICE, Columbia Business school, and was a featured speaker at TEDxManhattan.
Alison is on the board of Naturally NY and works to support other early-stage food entrepreneurs as an advisor and as host of In the Sauce, a podcast about building consumer brands.
Co-Founder & General Partner of Siddhi Capital
With over 25 years of experience across the food and beverage manufacturing and services industry, Melissa Facchina is the Co-Founder (with Mr. Steven Finn) and Co-Managing Partner of Siddhi Capital, a food and beverage growth equity firm.
In June 2015, Ms. Facchina began independently supporting various consumer packaged goods companies. Nine months later, in March 2016, she formalized and launched Siddhi Ops, Inc., which quickly became the premier firm serving the operations and manufacturing needs of high-growth and emerging food and beverage companies. Since launching her business, Ms. Facchina has worked alongside more than 300 food and beverage clients. And in 2020, Siddhi Ops Inc received an Inc 500 placement as the 197th fastest growing private company in the country, and the 5th fastest growing in food and beverage.
Ms. Facchina co-founded Women on Boards Project, a non-profit formed in 2019 to ensure that board seats in the consumer packaged goods industry are filled by diverse women. Ms. Facchina also co-founded Moku Foods and is a Partner of Noops Inc. She serves on the boards of Moku Foods, Barvecue Inc, Fifty Foods Inc (immi), and Women on Boards Project.

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in finance investing in privately owned companies. She has served as a Director or Observer on numerous Boards across a variety of industries, including consumer branded companies. Currently, Sarah manages SWAT Equity Partners, an early-stage, consumer-focused venture firm and serves as a Director or Observer on the Boards of Foodstirs, Powerful Foods, 305 Fitness and Stix.
General Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA)
Liza Landsman joined NEA in 2018, and is currently a General Partner focused on investments in the consumer, ecommerce, and fintech sectors. Prior to joining NEA, Liza was President of Jet.com where she was a founding member of the executive team and later, following Jet’s acquisition, of Walmart’s US Ecommerce leadership team. Prior to joining Jet, she was Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at E*TRADE Financial, Global Head of Digital for BlackRock and held various leadership roles at both Citigroup and IBM earlier in her career.
In addition to her involvement with NEA portfolio companies, Liza is an independent Board Director for Choice Hotels (CHH), Squarespace and Applause App Quality as well as the NYC based non-profit organization The GO Project. Liza graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University.
Managing Partner at BFY Capital
Gigi Lee Chang is a Managing Partner at BFY Capital and has been a member of the natural products community for over 16 years when she founded Plum Organics in 2005. She has also been the CEO of the national children's environmental health non-profit Healthy Child Healthy World and founding Managing Director of food ecosystem accelerator FoodFutureCo.
Gigi is an advisor, board member and mentor to numerous early stage companies. Her philanthropic and board affiliations include Venture for America, Naturally New York and One Green Thing.
