    Evan is a Director of SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SGCP”), responsible for originations, deal execution, and portfolio management. Evan joined Stonegate Capital (later acquired by SGCP) in April 2021 and is based in the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to SGCP, Evan was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Capital Finance (“WFCF”), the corporate and middle-market asset-based lending group of Wells Fargo Bank. During his 7 years at WFCF, Evan originated and underwrote credit facilities to borrowers in a variety of industries including consumer products, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing and distribution, business services, aerospace, and transportation. He also completed Wells Fargo’s financial analyst and credit management training programs.

    Evan graduated with honors from North Carolina State University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and was a graduate assistant coach with the university’s football team.

Mr. Reynolds founded RCV partners in 2010 because he saw the need and opportunity to provide capital and professional support to emerging consumer product and service companies. Mr. Reynolds views early-stage emerging brands not only as an investor, but from an operational perspective gained from his time as President of Icebox Water where he helped build every aspect of the business, from supply chain, operations, sales, and finance.

    RCV Frontline launched in 2019 and is actively investing today. Prior to the launch of the Frontline fund, Mr. Reynolds has overseen the construction of the RCV Partners portfolio of nineteen companies aiding those founders when possible as they scale their businesses.

    Mr. Reynolds was previously a Board Observer of Drizly and an Advisor to 4P Foods and the AdVentures Academy, an organization that provides hands-on adventure training programs with the goal of deepening the engagement of entrepreneurs, investors and the ecosystem surrounding courageous, game-changing founders.

    Andrew holds an M.B.A. from ESADE business school in Barcelona, Spain and a B.A. in History and Studio art from Denison University.
